Secure Self Storage Units in Mountain Home, ID

I used to think people who rented storage units simply had too much stuff. Until I suddenly found myself in need of one. Madison at United Storage was SO helpful in determining what size I needed. There were none available immediately but she said she would call me if one opened up. I left my number with several places in Mountain Home and Boise, but she was only one of two managers who actually called me back. She made the whole process easy, and was fairly priced for the features, compared to many other places I looked into. Online bill pay is available but I'd rather stop into the office and share a few laughs! Thank you Madison for helping me through this part of a difficult time.

Great place for overhead.and enclosed storage! Madison does an excellent job keeping customers up to date on what's going on; i.e. building more units and storing mayerials.in some.of the overhead covered bays. She is all about safety and customers stored items, she gave us a call when we had a flat.tire on our trailer! It's a GREAT place and easily accessible!

I called around looking for a unit and everywhere was full or the staff had an attitude or it was too expensive but when I called and talked with Madison, she was so kind and was able to set me up with a larger unit than I was looking for for a much cheaper price than what other companies were asking for smaller units. The customer service was amazing, the facility is secure, and the units are fantastic.
